North Chevy Chase Christian Church s a community where we value our relationships
with one another, with the world around us and with God, as expressed through ancient
and modern traditions, and evident especially in the life and teachings of Jesus.  We
believe our faith equips us to face our personal lives more fully and to engage society
for change.

We are a church with a commitment to our traditions, practicing hospitality
and embracing diversity.  

As a part of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) we are affirm our need to be an
anti-racists/pro-reconciliation church, to strengthening relationships among all
manifestations of the church, to share mutually and more fully the stewardship of God's gifts
of our life in Christ, to encourage our growing diversity within our church family and
community, and to work with our many ecumenical and global partners to heal the
brokenness of the body of Christ and the human community.
